Before You Buy

What is the weight limit ?

The recommended weight limit is 150 kg, While our chairs are rated for loads higher than these, we’ve determined these recommended weight limits through rigorous testing to provide the safest and optimal experience for our customers.

Orders & Payment

1. How can I pay for my chair?

You can pay for your order securely both with paypal and creditcard.

2. I have placed an order/pre-order for a chair. Can I change the colour or chair model?

It depends, if the order hasn't been shipped out, the order can be changed. (For example, you ordered today, and you can cancel or change it before next day morning(except weekends, you can cancel or change before Monday morning)

If it has been shipped out, you need to refuse to sign and we can ship the right one to you after the chair back to us. But because it is not our fault, so you need to bear some shipping fee.

3. My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has been shipped out, you need to refuse to sign  but because it is not our fault, so you need to bear some shipping fee.

If you signed, we can provide you the pre-paid return label but you need to bear the return fee. Please note that this is available when you haven't open and install the chair.

1. How much will shipping cost?

 2. How long does delivery take?

The delivery is almost 2-5 workdays after shipment to arrive which depends on your address if everything goes well with the delivery.

3. Can I track my order?

Of course, after your order you can get a tracking number to check your order status.

If not, you can contact our customer service, they will provide you with it.

4. Do you ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops?

Sorry, we don’t ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops. Please provide a street address. If you provide a PO Box or  pick-up shops address, it will delay shipment of your items and we won't be responsible for this.

Warranty, Return & Refund

1.What does your warranty cover?

Two years warranty, We can provide free repalcements or a new chair to be sent which depends on your chair problem during warranty time if there is something wrong with your chair.

2.I have received my chair and would like to exchange it for a different chair model/colour.

If you haven't install it, of course you can but you need bear 20-25 pounds returning fee.

If you have installed it, we are sorry for that it is not allowed.

3.How do I contact the seller?

2.Can you take the wheels off this chair so it doesn’t move or if not can you lock the wheels?

Truly sorry the wheels cannot be locked.

3.Seat dimensions?

It depends. Usually profiles can find the information you want. If you can’t , please contact customer service for details.
