Q1 How do I contact the seller ?

Q2 What is the maximum bearing weight ?

The recommended weight limit is 250lb. Though our seats have a higher load rating than this,the recommended weight limit is set through rigorous testing to provide our customers with the safest and best sitting experience.

 

Q3 How much will shipping cost ?

Free shipping site-wide

 

Q4 How can I pay for my chair ?

We accept all major credit cards, bank cards and PayPal account for payment. All transactions are strictly protected by the security system.

 

Q5 Can I change the colour or chair model after having placed an order ?

Please contact the customer service first. If the order hasn't been shipped out, the order can be changed. If it has been shipped out, you need to reject the package and we can ship the right one to you after the chair back to us. In this case shipping fee will be on customer’s expense.

 

Q6 My order has been shipped. Can I change or cancel my order ?

If it has been shipped out, you need to reject the package and bear some shipping fee. If you signed, we can provide you the prepaid return label but you need to bear the return fee. Please note that this term is feasible when the chair is uninstalled and unused.

 

Q7 How long does delivery take ?

Standard shipping time generally takes 3-5 business days. Delivery time is determined by

(1) the time we process the order.

(2) the shipping time.

  • Processing the order: 1-2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends; orders placed on weekdays after 11PM (GMT+1) or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping time: 2-3 business days.

 

Q8 Can I track my order ?

Of course, after placing an order you can get a tracking number to check your order status. You can contact the customer service if you cannot find it.

 

Q9 Do you ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops ?

Sorry, we don’t ship to PO Boxes or pick-up shops. Please provide your street address. If you provide a PO Box or pick-up shops address, it will delay the shipment of your items and we won't be responsible for this.

 

Q10 What does your warranty cover ?

The warranty period for our products is 1 year from the date of purchase.

We can provide free replacement or can send a new chair for product defects during warranty time.

 

Q11 I have received my chair but want to exchange it for a different chair model / colour.

Please contact our customer service first. If you haven't install it, exchange is ok and the return fee will be on the customer’s expense. If you have installed it, we are sorry for that it is not allowed.

 

Q12 How do I assemble my chair ?

We will add a copy of assembly instructions in every product package that’s neede to assmble. Also you can download it from product page. You can also find some demonstrations from our YouTube channel.
